The front desk staff was helpful! The hotel has transportation links that are very accessible. I found some eat-out spots just a short distance from the hotel, they were quite affordable. I liked the local cuisine near the tram stop. The daily menu changes are a plus.
The soundproofing needs improvement. I could hear some noise from the lobby late at night.

the room was accurately described (i appreciated the detail). the shower was clean with good pressure and instant warm water. i found the self-service check-in and check-out convenient.
i noticed the second night was chaotic due to a group of students staying at the hotel. there was constant noise from knocking and conversations in the hallways, audible in our room.

The hotel was conveniently close to tram and metro stops.
The staff did NOT seem very cute, and that bothered me. the self-check-in system was not working when I arrived. This caused long queues at reception, which delayed getting to my room.

The staff was always kind. I found great value for money. The location offers good transportation connections into town. A tram stop is a short walk away.
There were no usable lockers in rooms. Only one chest was available for four people. Not every bed had a powerpoint. That was inconvenient.
